Our services cover all steps of project development and project management. We find and develop your location, advise you in legal and constructional issues, compile utilisation models, deal with formalities and monitor the realisation of the project.

Successful model - Convenience Center

The model Convenience Centre is based on the needs of locations in medium-sized and small cities. The idea is as practical and beneficial for all participants as the convenience centre itself:

we design a shopping centre including additional service areas, 10.000 m² in total. Thanks to modular construction the investment stays within the bounds of economic possibility, which in turn allows for reasonable rental fees.

Forward-looking are technologies we use for ecological and reduced CO2 emission construction, from improved building materials and isolation to the usage of earth heat, outlet air heat and solar energy. Keeping running costs at a low level for future tenants maintains the property value.
